Built for properties, by people who've stayed at them.
Resort Buggy started the way most guest complaints do: standing in the sun, waiting for a buggy that somebody, somewhere, had promised over a radio.
The story
The idea arrived mid-vacation. A beautiful island resort, a villa a kilometer from dinner, and one phone call to the front desk that turned into a radio relay, a fifteen-minute wait, and a buggy that went to the wrong villa first. Nobody was lazy and nobody was rude — the staff were juggling walkie-talkies, sticky notes, and memory. The system was the problem, because there was no system.
As a software engineer, that's an itch you can't leave unscratched. Every guest already carries a phone; no resort should need a call center to move someone 800 meters. So we built the tool we wished that resort had: scan a QR code, tap where you're going, watch your buggy approach on a live map. No downloads, no accounts, no radios — and a front desk that finally gets to just say "it's on its way," and be right.
The mission
Make on-property transport feel effortless — for the guest who rides, the driver who drives, and the team behind the desk.
Privacy-first
No ad trackers in the guest app, and we never sell guest data. Your guests scan a QR and get a ride — their data stays scoped to your property, full stop.
Built for the front line
Drivers wear gloves and sunglasses. Front desks juggle three conversations at once. Every screen is designed for the people actually doing the work — big buttons, one action at a time.
Make hospitality magical
The best guest technology is invisible. A buggy that just appears feels like magic; a radio call that gets lost feels like a complaint waiting to happen.
The team
Right now, Resort Buggy is two founders, a roadmap shaped by Founding Partners, and a strong opinion about radio dispatch. Small on purpose — you talk to the people who build it.
Software engineer and founder of NorthDan Soft, the studio behind Resort Buggy. After more than a decade shipping software — and enough vacations spent waiting on resort buggies — Dan builds Resort Buggy end-to-end: the dispatch engine, the driver app, and the map editor your team draws pickup points on. When you talk to support, you talk to him.
Dorothy Fleser
Co-founder
Dorothy looks after the people side of Resort Buggy — how a pilot lands on a property, how the guest flow feels on day one, and whether a partner's question actually gets solved. Dan writes the code; Dorothy makes sure it works for the humans using it.

We're pre-launch, so this section is honestly a little empty. Writing about guest-experience tech, hospitality operations, or golf? We'd love to talk.
