Resort Buggy

Every villa ready. Every job on one board.

Turnover sweeps, checklists, and repair work orders on your staff’s phones — in your team’s own languages, still working where the WiFi drops.

Housekeeping board on a staff phone: timed villa jobs in order, an urgent repair flagged in red, and open work available to pick up

The board, as your team sees it.

Right now, villa status lives in a radio call.

Twenty-two departures, a group landing at two, and the truth about which villas are ready sits in a laminated sheet at the ops office and whatever was last said on channel one. Someone walks a printout across the island. Someone else asks the radio, again, whether 23 is done — and the person who knows is elbow-deep in the next villa.

The sheet and the radio aren’t a system; they’re a memory shared between whoever happens to be listening. The fix isn’t more calls — it’s a board every housekeeper and supervisor carries in their pocket, that stays true even where the WiFi doesn’t reach.

How it works

1

The day sorts itself

Jobs land on each housekeeper’s own timeline the moment they’re created — timed turnover sweeps in order, anytime jobs below, and a shared pool of open work anyone can pick up.

2

Open the villa, work the list

Each job opens to its checklist. Items tick off one by one, Finish stays locked until everything’s done, and there’s a “Guest inside — can’t clean” state for the villa that isn’t free yet.

3

Nothing lives in someone’s head

Work is either on a timeline or visibly waiting to be picked up. A shift change doesn’t erase the morning — the board is the same for everyone who opens it.

What it does today

Turnover from checkout

A checkout automatically creates the villa’s turnover task, sorted by the next arrival — the tightest turnarounds rise to the top.

Checklists in their language

You write the list once, and housekeepers read the items in twelve of the staff app’s seventeen languages.

Repair work orders

A blocked drain is a job like any other — created in a tap, flagged urgent, and visible on the same board as the turnover sweeps.

Urgent looks urgent

Overdue and urgent jobs are flagged in red on the timeline, so the one thing that can’t wait never looks like everything else.

Works where the WiFi drops

The board keeps working offline in the dead zones — on the back-of-house jetty, behind the laundry — and syncs when the signal returns.

Villa status at a glance

A colour villa board — dirty, cleaning, ready — so the answer to “is 23 ready?” is a glance, not a radio call.

It works alone — and with the rest of the stay

Housekeeping runs on its own. The same app can also carry the rest of your guest operation, whenever you’re ready.

And when you’re ready for the fleet: the same app runs your buggies — guest requests, live dispatch, and a one-tap ride to the villa with cleaner and linens aboard.

What it costs

On the platform, this is the Island Ops add-on — priced per villa on top of your plan.

New add-on

Island Ops

Run housekeeping and maintenance on the same island — and the same app.

+$8 /villa/mo

$28/villa all-in on Signature

Replaces a back-of-house housekeeping app that runs $300+/mo plus a setup fee — on the app your staff already carry, so there is no second vendor and no second login.

  • The checkout becomes the task, the task summons the buggy.
  • Your housekeepers speak six languages. Your checklist speaks twelve.
  • One island, one system — stop paying two vendors.

Common questions

Do we need to run buggies to use this?
No. Housekeeping and maintenance run entirely on your staff’s phones — there is no guest-facing surface at all, so nothing about it depends on how your fleet is dispatched. If you later run your buggies on Resort Buggy too, a housekeeper can summon one to the villa in a tap — but the boards work exactly the same without it.
How is this different from hotel housekeeping software?
Most housekeeping tools assume a corridor hotel and a PMS to hang off. This is built for island resorts and villa layouts: jobs live on your staff’s phones, checklist items read in twelve of the staff app’s seventeen languages, and the board keeps working in the WiFi dead zones an island actually has. And it isn’t a PMS add-on — nothing has to be integrated before your team can use it.
What languages do the checklists support?
The staff app runs in seventeen languages. Checklist item text — the words you write yourself — is translated into twelve of those seventeen; in the remaining five the item shows the English original. They are not the same list. Ask us for both lists against your roster before you buy.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Island properties have dead zones, and turnover doesn’t stop for them. Jobs open, checklists tick, and finishes register while offline — everything syncs when the signal returns.
Do guests see any of this?
No. Staff sign in with their own codes and guests never see the boards, the checklists, or the work orders. The only guest-visible effect is a villa that’s ready on time.
