Build with our API
Two things exist today, both documented in full. A read-only reporting API returns ride times, pick-up and drop-off points, wait figures and which buggy ran each ride — with no guest and no member of staff named on any row. And a guest app handoff lets your own guest app open a tile that signs the guest straight in, without a code. Your property's administrator creates the key; there is nothing to ask us for.
Reporting data is pulled on your own schedule — polling is the model today, so an integration you build sets its own cadence. Guests sign in through the handoff above; staff sign in through Resort Buggy itself.
