Loyalty credits for 3 years
At the start of each subscription year your account is credited with a share of that year’s fee — prepaid annually: 15% in year one, 10% in year two, 5% in year three; billed monthly: 8%, 5% and 2%. It comes off your invoices, and your list price stays exactly what the tier card says.

What the credits come to on a 150-key resort
Signature is $20 a key a month — villas, suites and rooms count the same — and annual prepay is ten months for twelve, so the year is $30,000.
