No app. No password. Scan the card in the villa.
Every device in the party gets its own access — and it expires on its own when the stay ends. Cards are printed once and reused stay after stay.
The card on the villa wall — the whole login.
“Will my guests actually use it?”
Every GM has watched guest technology die at the front door: the app nobody downloads on holiday WiFi, the portal with a password on a welcome letter that’s already under a wet towel, the registration form guests abandon at field three. The service behind it never gets a chance.
The villa card removes the door entirely. A guest points a camera at the frame on the wall — the same gesture as every restaurant menu since 2020 — and the app opens in the phone’s browser. No download, no form, no password to forget: contactless from the first minute of the stay, and nothing for your front desk to hand out or take back.
How it works
Print the card once
One card per villa, printed from the admin panel and framed on the wall. It isn’t per-stay stationery — the same card serves every stay, and you can reprint it any time.
Guests scan — and they’re in
The app opens in the browser already knowing where it is: “You are Ocean Villa 12.” No app store, no account, no password. Every device in the party gets its own access from the same card.
Checkout cleans up after itself
Ending the stay signs out every device and cancels the stay’s open rides and bookings. Nothing to collect, nothing to reset — the card on the wall simply waits for the next guests.
After the scan: the app already knows the villa.
Printed once, revoked anytime — End stay, Rotate, and Print live in the villa panel.
What it does today
One card per villa
Printed once, framed once. The card is part of the villa, not part of the stay — no reprinting between guests.
Every device gets its own access
Each phone in the party scans the same card and gets its own access — no shared logins, no “who has the code?”
Expires on its own
Access is tied to the stay, not a clock. When the stay ends, every device is signed out — nothing lingers on last week’s phones.
Rotate a leaked card
If a card leaks or walks off the island, rotate its code: the old card dies instantly and you print a new one.
A typed fallback
Camera won’t cooperate? The card carries a short code guests can type into the browser instead — same access, no scan.
No app install, no passwords
Everything runs in the browser. Nothing to download, nothing to remember, nothing for the front desk to reset at 11 p.m.
What’s behind the scan
The card is the front door. These are the rooms.
Guest messaging
The first thing behind the scan: chat with the front desk, translated both ways in twelve languages.
Learn more →Activity bookings
Venue pages and booking requests — reachable the moment a guest scans, no sign-up in between.
Learn more →Housekeeping & turnover
The staff side of the same platform: turnover sweeps, checklists, and work orders on one board.
Learn more →And if you run your fleet on Resort Buggy, the same scan is how a guest requests a buggy and watches it approach on the live map.
